in the last weekBad experience on behalf of the staff at brooklyns best pizza. Visiting Las Vegas, it’s my son’s 10th birthday and we just left area 15. When my family gets to the establishment, the location is small and I think the food must be amazing. I talked the front of house manager, she said I don’t need to leave a name I’m next to be seated. I said ok, I’ll wait outside, she said ok. After waiting 15 minutes, a car pulls up and it’s one of your employees, she walks in and goes to the kitchen area. A Hispanic family then shows up, and stands at the door, we walk in to ensure we get the next table. Low and behold your waitress gave the table to the Hispanic family. They then didn’t speak English so they decided not to get up. My concern is that your team didn’t care and at that point, I realized that your establishment needs training in diversity and inclusion. As I talked to the front of house manager she was reluctant to give your name as she stated you were a new owner. Wow, new owner that doesn’t stand on business? That doesn’t sound right? She continued to repeat it….i guess that’s your policy. Amazed how I was treated with my family as an African American in your establishment. Safe to say I won’t be back, the goal is make sure all that still read see how your team decided to treat me and my family on February 20th 2026. Ps. Mr. Owner - I hope you take the time to review video. I did see you had a few cameras. Excuse any grammatical errors as I’m typing on my phone…..
