in the last weekThe restaurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. We had a reservation for 8:30 PM and weren’t seated until 9:00 PM, with just a quick apology. Funny enough, if we had shown up late, they would’ve charged $25 per person — and we were a family of five. Service didn’t get any better. Our waiter seemed rushed and kept pushing us to order quickly, probably because of the time. The sommelier poured the wine without giving me a second to approve it. It was a Piemonte served way too cold, clearly mishandled, and basically ruined. I couldn’t drink it. The appetizers were another letdown — tiny portions, mediocre flavor, and a poor presentation. Out of seven main courses, five were good, but two were overly greasy, like they’d been sitting in the fryer. For a restaurant of this level, that’s unacceptable. The desserts were actually the best part of the night. Overall, Sinatra at the Wynn feels more like a dessert spot than a high-end Italian restaurant. Gorgeous place, but not worth the price for what you actually get. A real disappointment considering the reputation and setting.

a week agoThe staff were very attentive. We loved meeting and visiting with the Chef. This was absolutely the best meal we’ve had in Vegas! We will be back!!
