a week agoLast night my son turned 19, and I wanted to give him the full TAO Experience. I go here often and knew this would be the perfect way to bring in his birthday. My husband treated him, his girlfriend, and me to a beautiful dinner, and it did not disappoint! We ordered Hot Edamame, Pork Potstickers, Crispy Shrimp Dumplings, Pad Thai Noodles, Thai Duck Fried Rice, Chinese Broccoli, Crispy Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli (Prime-Aged NY Strip), Peking Duck for Two, plus a sushi roll and shrimp fried rice. Everything was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish. The manager on duty even moved us to the table we preferred after we made a special request, which really made the evening even more memorable. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and friendly, they truly went above and beyond. Our total came out to about $350, which was excellent considering the quality, portions, and overall experience. My son loved every moment of his birthday dinner, and it was so special watching him enjoy it in such a stunning atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. TAO never misses, the ambiance, food, and service are always elite.

a month agoReally wanted to love this place but unfortunately was underwhelmed and really disappointed. Came here for a nicer meal before the show we were going to see. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was beautiful. Our server was Dylan W. We ordered chicken lo mein and orange chicken and jasmine rice. We didn't want appetizers or alcoholic drinks and that seemed to be annoying to our server? Our food came out at a decent time after ordering. The taste was good but nothing spectacular. The person who brought our food out was way kinder and friendlier than the server we had. He barely checked on us after our meal was brought to the table. We needed soy sauce and refills and didn't get them until close to the end of our meal. I kind of felt like we weren't as important to him because we weren't a larger group that was ordering a lot of items. I was really looking forward to dining here as a highlight of our weekend and the whole experience really disappointed me. I wish I had chosen a different restaurant to be honest.

a week agoTAO at The Venetian is an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance is stunning—dimly lit, elegant, and full of energy. The food is flavorful and beautifully presented, making every dish worth the hype. Special mention to Eric, our server, who went above and beyond to customize our order with care and precision. Excellent service paired with unforgettable flavors and atmosphere.

3 months agoFirst of all…. I would like to give big props to Lisa our server and Larry our food runner. I am not sure those are the proper titles, but that is what they did. And they were awesome. Larry nailed it with his service and his friendliness. We asked for something spicy to put on our food and he nailed it. The atmosphere was great, the food was above and beyond, the service was amazing. The drinks were stiff and tasty. This was our first time to a Tao restaurant. I didn’t know it was also a night club. It had at least two levels of dinning. It also had, I believe, three levels of club. The restaurant was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

a week agoThis was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in Vegas. The hosts were okay, not super personable but I will say the serving staff was the best I’ve had yet. Eric our server upstairs was amazing. Very attentive, good personality and had work very good recommendations for food! Our waters were never low, we NEVER had dirty plates sitting in front of us for more than 5 minutes. The food was phenomenal and honestly super reasonably priced. We had dessert as well and it was huge and the presentation was beautiful! 10/10 would recommend based off how yummy the food was and great the service was!
