in the last weekI’ve been to a lot of clubs/shows and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. When you first walk in the atmosphere has a lot of potential but the staff is actively trying to kill the vibe. They make you wait in a line on the edge of the room to get onto the dance floor. After waiting for over thirty minutes we ended up just leaving. If you finally do make it onto the dance floor there’s no chance you can leave to get a $35 drink cause you’ll be right back in line. Staff did not do a good job funneling people to said “line” as random people would come and go as everyone else stands there annoyed. If you even want to have a moderately good time you’re better off going literally anywhere else. Literally the slot machines right outside are more fun. Felt like solely a money grab and not actually a place to have fun.

in the last weekEveryone was just rude. Especially the security lady at the exit. Please at least have friendly stuff.

in the last weekthe security really needs improvement. Their behavior was rude and disrespectful, and it took away from the whole experience. Guests shouldn’t be spoken to like that, no matter how busy the night is. I hope management steps in and provides proper training, because a place like Omnia deserves a security team that treats people with basic respect.

in the last weekI enjoyed the the vibe at Omnia, but I honestly think the security team needs better training on how to speak to and treat guests. Respect goes both ways, and their attitude made the experience less enjoyable than it should have been. I hope management takes this seriously because the venue itself is great — but the security should be more professional and respectful toward people. With better training, the experience would be 10 times better.
