    Awesome massage!. The therapist knew exactly what I needed even if I didn’t . I have driven my body hard doing 100 mile running races and CrossFit and lifting for several years. Now I am doing a bit of recovery and active rest time . This therapist and this massage studio will be an important part of this phase. Already booked another massage and highly recommend you do too! Lita is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had!
