I called them out as my 3 year old gas heat wasn’t working. So Josias Richardson climbs in my attic and finds a burnt wire that tripped the breaker that shut off my heat. But the reason the wire burnt is because the gas shut off valve in the unit wouldn’t close all the way! So I believe that he is my hero as something really bad could have happened!! The part was under warranty but the labor was over $500. But you can’t put a price tag on your life!! So thanks to my hero.

I contracted Goettl to replace my old water heater with a new tankless system. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and was completed in only a few hours (with little impact to my gas and water availability). The craftsmanship is perfect and the system ran flawlessly right from the initial activation. The technicians, Hector Lopez and Caleb Anzalone-Fawcett were polite, efficient and professional. Gary Eisenhauer supervised the operation and also used the work to train the technicians. He ensured all work was done properly and is certainly a very seasoned professional!
