in the last weekThe worst serv8ce ever! Front desk is extremely rude. When i get ti the room, there is only 1 knife and 1 spoon for 2 people. So i called front desk to ask for more knife and 1 spoon as there are 2 of us. She asked me 3 tim3s anf I explained 3 times that I am not asking for extras. That these 2 items are missing. Then she called again 20 min later and asked again whether I wanted extra. I thej saud another 3 times that thrse items are missing. She then said I was rude! Still these items are not delivered. The rudest front desk service ever! Dont come here! I woukd ask for the name of the front desk representive so I can post further complaints at other travel sites. Happy New Year fellow travelers You deserve better. God bless.

in the last weekPlease be careful when choosing this hotel for a family stay. I strongly do not recommend it. It’s best to stay away from this place.

in the last weekHello, I am writing regarding my reservation made through Booking.com. Reservation number: 5643703649 PIN code: 1959 On the day of travel, the area was under an official flash flood emergency, confirmed by government meteorological alerts. The warning explicitly stated that the situation was dangerous and life-threatening and advised against any travel unless evacuating. Due to these official emergency conditions, road closures, and safety restrictions, it was physically impossible and unsafe for me to proceed with the trip. I was traveling with my family, and complying with emergency advisories was mandatory. This situation clearly constitutes a force majeure event — an unforeseen natural disaster beyond the control of both parties. The failure to arrive was not due to negligence or intent, and no services were received as a result. Given that: • the service could not be rendered due to a natural emergency, • no benefit was received, • and the circumstances were outside the control of both parties, I am formally requesting a full cancellation of the reservation and a complete refund of the total amount paid. I respectfully request written confirmation that the reservation has been canceled without penalty and that the full refund will be processed. If this matter cannot be resolved amicably, I will proceed with escalation through Booking.com support and my card issuer, providing full documentation of the emergency alerts and travel restrictions in effect at the time. I would prefer to resolve this professionally and without further escalation. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to your response.

in the last weekArturo’s pizza = delicious. 🍕 The lazy river? A total blast! Perfect family fun for everyone. The rooms have been updated and look super sleek—but call me old school, I kinda miss the charm of the previous version.
