a week agoHad a room in the second floor and I had bed bugs under my mattress, good thing I found it my second night and not my entire stay, they moved me to a different room but at that point I was no longer comfortable at this hotel. To make things worse I had bed bug bites appear two days later, I took pictures and videos of it all, I emailed corporate and Amanda winkles the manager at the hotel and no response, I feel like they didn't take my complaint serious at all, all they could offer was a free night stay in the future which they didn’t even tell me how to redeem that ,my stay there was all around a bad experience, avoid this hotel.

2 weeks agoGreat customer service. Very helpful and friendly. The room floors are absolutely filthy. Beds are quite uncomfortable. Location isn't bad. Rooms towards the front of the hotel are highly subject to a lot of road noise. There is a fantastic ramen shop in the same area and the bar isn't bad if you don't mind the smoke.
