3 weeks agoStaff are rude. If you look at the reviews they clearly talk back rudely at negative comments. Where do I begin. The sheets are not washed as I could smell the bad odor from the previous guest. Hot water in shower is non existent, it’s luke warm at best. I’m a platinum member couldn’t get late check out as they say it was full for the next day. However, why can I book a few rooms on their website? I call bs. The breakfast time on their website says 6am start time but it’s 6:30am. I’m platinum with Marriott and making the switch to stick with what is the best in the business. It’s clear that IHG is going down hill. This hotel absolutely is trash, do better atwell henderson. I will be calling corporate and cancelling my IHG credit card.
