I am a regular but not anymore. I was in the store Thanksgiving Day and it was crowded so things took awhile. I had to use the restroom urgently and the guy cleaning it refused to let me in and it took him forever to clean it. The family restroom had a line. Needless to say I almost had an accident which would have been horrific for me and embarrassing. A customer should NEVER be denied using the restroom. He could have let me in and they do at Smiths and Albertsons no one has EVER allowed a customer to almost have an accident at either of those stores. I asked for a manager and this lady named Angel told me she was but she lied. She actually isn't a manager but anyways she did not care in the least about me and was rude, laughed at me and cursed me out because she said that he had to clean the bathroom and it wasn't their fault. She should be fired. No compassion at all and no customer service skills. I am disabled and I feel like contacting disability rights and tell them how Winco likes to treat their customers like they are subhuman. So I will pay more and shop somewhere else because Smiths and Albertsons have great customer service. I was told the managers name is Thomas. He needs to address this with Angel and seriously her and the guy cleaning the bathroom need to be fired. I was a paying customer not some homeless person off the street. Shame on you Winco do better. I've done Janitorial work before and never would deny a customer use of the bathroom. You simply step out while they use it is not that hard. Angel needs to get some class and caring for people. She didn't even pretend to care. She needs a different job
