in the last week⭐️ 1-Star Review Today was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any business. I pulled into a bay, took out my wash bucket, and was immediately confronted by an older employee who told me I needed to leave the bay unless the machine was running. I told him I had already put money in the machine and was preparing to wash — I simply prefer using my own towel instead of their brush to avoid scratching my paint. Instead of listening, he continued arguing and started making biased comments about how “people leave trash” at this location, even though I clearly told him I keep my area clean. He then began mumbling under his breath. When I told him to stop, he actually stepped toward me as if trying to start a fight. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. After that, he started taking photos of my license plate. I repeatedly asked for a manager, which he refused to call until I insisted i would find the number and make a call. Whoever he finally contacted — manager or owner — wasn’t much better. He defended the employee, brought up “signs” that supposedly justify the behavior, and claimed I was preventing other customers from washing… despite the fact that no one else was even there. After this experience, I understand why. There are plenty of better car wash locations around the valley that treat customers with respect. I highly recommend choosing one of those instead of this place. I decided to tell him it wasn't worth the argument and shook his hand but, I will never be returning to this car wash location. Its a few days before Thanksgiving and definitely didn't need any legal issue over a carwash and a bucket haha

3 weeks agoI did a really, really bad thing today and I apologize to The Henderson Community and Legacy Car Wash. The car wash attendant approached me and stalked me the very second I pulled the car into their stall making me as uncomfortable as he possibly could. I had not even got a bucket out at this time. I just popped my trunk and was moving items around looking for my fanny pack so I could keep my keys on me. He stood in the stall and stared at me the entire time. I thought about leaving but unfortunately I stayed. After the scene was safe; I put $3 in quarters to use the car wash soap and rinsed my car off with the “soap”. I did pay to use their water and soap but I am guilty of using my own clean car wash mitt to “wash off” the dust off my car and even put some of their soap in a bucket. It was just enough to get the mitt wet and have a little extra soap. It took me maybe 5-7 minutes to wipe the entire car down with my clean car wash mitt. The car wash attendant approached me again, very angrily stating, “The sign says, NO bucket washing”. I was done with using the car wash soap and ready to rinse the soap off my car so I could get out of there but he immediately turned the water off for not following “the rules”. When I finally decided to speak to him to request for him to turn the water back on so I could rinse the “soap” (that I paid for) off my car, he then started a fight with me about it. I apologized but he continued to argue. Ok, I get it, I am guilty and a bad person. I just wanted to pay to rinse the soap off my car so I could get out of there. He would not turn the water back on. He was livid! The scene became very unsafe so I called 911 but no way were they going to help. The Car Wash attendant is an enforcer and not an informer and was telling me to leave with the “soap” that I paid for on my car. Another guy pulled in supposedly “the owner” and chewed me out about how he is trying to make money and I am using his facilities for free. He was very upset and clearly stated that I should be using their equipment and that equipment only. The scene became even more unsafe. They spent about 15-30 minutes chewing me out for “breaking the rules”. He then agreed to turn the water on so I could rinse the soap off my car. Heart pounding; I waited in the stall for them to turn the water back on. A few seconds later he was chewing me out again, taking pictures and putting me in shame. This is serious! READ THE SIGNS! It is not safe for you to not FOLLOW THE RULES! There is no grace here. They are trying to make money. I am truly sorry. I know I should go kill myself for bucket washing my car in your car wash. Please leave me alone. I have said I’m sorry, I know you took a picture of me, my car and my license plates: PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE! I will never be back. I promise. You can breathe now and thrive now that I am gone. I’m guilty, I’m sorry.

a month agoIf I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Me and my boyfriend came to wash my car and accidentally got the hose and the brush intertwined when we were putting the brush back. The attendant came up and told us it was wrong and that’s fine we had never been to a self serve so we understood, but then the guy stood there and watched us the entire time until we finished. We are not stupid it was just an accident. Will never be coming back here again.
