Great job with my auto detail!!

Excellent service, car looked like dealership new when he was done!

Although the detail on my boyfriend’s car was done well, his Samsung tracking tag was removed from the vehicle. When I reached out regarding this issue, I was informed that nothing could be done. I provided proof of the device’s last known location before the battery was removed, yet there was still no resolution. I had taken nearly everything out of the car except a few items in the center console. There is no reasonable motive for a client to fabricate something like this, and it is concerning that the owner chose to defer to an employee’s word over that of a paying customer who spent over $200 on the service. I can understand if it was mistaken for trash and disposed of. What concerns me most is the lack of honesty. I would also like to address the comment regarding my outlets. I was informed that none of them were functioning because the shop vac had stopped working. However, I was able to use the same outlet immediately afterward to plug in my outdoor Christmas lights without any issues. I do not recommend. I did not misplace it. I showed you where it pinged no where near my home. You are yet again insulting my intelligence.

Great work! You will not be disappointed. I love my car a little extra lol. Finally had a stain from my rear seat removed after having it for about a year. Feels like a new car! Exclusive auto detailing has a new loyal customer. I will definitely hire them again next time it’s needed. Reasonable pricing too.
