in the last weekI’ve been coming here every time I visit vegas. It’s been three years since I was here. I still hold on to high expectations given the price and labeled as the best buffet in Las Vegas. The prime rib and most of the meat don’t taste fresh. Especially the prime rib has a strange flavor to it. The crab legs are amazing good, lobster claw tasted like rubber. I was disappointed the quality has gone down so much.

in the last weekIt was an amazing place for all you can eat buffet! Love the fresh and delicious seafood, steak, sushi, dim sum, and dessert! Huge variety of options with authentic ingredients freshly cooked! Friendly and attentive customer service! It was just so great and I wish I could have more than one stomachs! A must-try restaurant when you are in Las Vegas! Highly recommended.

in the last weekim so sad i spent $200 on an extremely mediocre dinner for 2. sat down around 7:30, crab legs were decent, however, the rest of the seafood did not taste fresh at all. had the prime rib after and it was extremely tough. ive had better prime rib at Texas Roadhouse for 1/4 the price. tried some of the more unique items and the lamb was tough, meatball & short ribs were cold. the galbi was overcooked, and the list goes on. overall, extremely mediocre and i wish my money was spent elsewhere. only saving grace was *some* of the deserts and our servers attentiveness.

in the last weekWhatever good things you have heard about this place... it's all true. This buffet is like a foodies heaven and let me tell you guys why! First off, MAKE RESERVATIONS. Make sure you're a person of your word because you might have to pay a last minute cancellation fee if you don't go, but making reservation to eat will still get you in a waiting line just not as long. I had a party of 12 l scheduled in a month in advance and it was pretty smooth sailing. Once you get seated, you can take a Quick Look around, it doesn't feel like your average homey buffet. It's dark, moody, low light, hi energy and music, while still keeping that classy feel you'd want from an upscale priced buffet. The chairs vary and the ones I sat at were decently comfy, it almost feels like you're meant to just lean forward and eat your food, which I have no problem doing. First thing that caught my eye, especially from a first timer (no it wasn't the seafood) was the prime rib. I mean it was actually amazing. They'll ask for your preference in cook time, and with sauces and other things to pair you're in for a wild ride. A lot of people may recommend to just stick to the big meat and seafood like the lobster and crab, and I have to say they're right, but not completely right. The seafood was utterly delicious, so make room for that. But as you go along the line, their accompanying sides for the different cultural cuisines really do play a nice part. I remember braised short rib and ahi poke and even some scallop dishes, so don't forget about the smaller plates, which also do look extremely aesthetically pleasing. Last but not least the dessert bar, there's nothing you can go wrong with. I had just about one of everything you can think of, I really enjoyed the strawberry matcha cake and the passion fruit panna cotta, very light desserts after a heavy meal. Our waitress was great, extremely attentive to our big party for the extra drinks ordered (not included in price of buffet) and making sure the plates were constantly cleared. Thank you Caesar's team for putting this on, it's a place that I have to come back to visit anytime l'm in Vegas, and it's well worth the price tag. Maybe just don't eat breakfast or lunch the day of!
