in the last weekDO NOT DO THIS BUFFET!!! Reservations mean nothing to these people. They have a walk in line that allows people standing with reservations who’ve waited 45 minutes past the time of the reservation!!! Complete and total disaster!!!

in the last weekWaited in line for 1 hour. Then our line didnt move for an hour and 30 minutes, they diamond and reservations in first. You cant just walk up for a buffet. A 100 person line took 5 hours to get through. Complete waste of time

in the last weekA.Y.C.E. Buffet at the Palms Casino Resort has excellent online reviews. They are supposed to have good food and good service. We have received above-average service from the cashiers, our waitress, and all the workers and chefs at the buffet counters. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable dining room as well. However, the food quality is well below average. All the dishes are dry and not fresh. The only exception is the cook-to-order spaghetti. I might come to the A.Y.C.E. Buffet on the wrong day. We were there on a Tuesday during the SEMA week. I don't know if I want to try them again next time when I come to Vegas!
