They came out to my residence quickly and replaced a faulty crankshaft sensor on my 2004 CLK500, saving me the hassle and cost of a tow. Their pricing was extremely cheap and completely transparent — I saved over $1,000 compared to what the Mercedes dealership quoted me. Their service advisor, Karina, was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on the technician’s arrival. They gave me a 3-hour window and delivered right on time with impressive punctuality. Changed out a bad alternator for me. $545 for 15 minutes of work by 2 guys. It took longer for the part to be dropped off to them by their shop than it did to actually swap it out….and the shop is only 1.1 miles from my place. I never received an itemized receipt. I imagine I had to pay for one guy to watch the other. ***reply to owners reply: I invite you over to watch our security cameras. It took one guy just over 6 minutes to remove the alternator while the other watched. When the new alternator arrived it took one guy just over 7 minutes to install it while the other watched. I totally understand experience and quality of work from a mechanic. I understand years of experience. In this case only one mechanic was needed for a total of 1hr. The proof is in the video. One guy literally watched as I was charged for 2 guys I assume? 2hrs total for a 15min job? Still no itemized receipt. Feel free to post the itemized receipt on here.

Fabulous service!! We called to have a new car battery installed for my mother-in-law while we were out of town. They were quick and easy. Checked everything afterwards to be sure it was working before they left. Both Karina in the office and the technicians were very helpful and polite.
