The office staff is very unprofessional, the dentist is nice but you will get a bad taste in your mouth before even engaging with him due to constant stress, anxiety, and humiliation directed to you by office staff if you owe a balance. They have no empathy and only care about collecting MONEY. If you don’t pay your appointments will be set out for 60 days so they can collect payments and charge late fees. The financial manager never answers I’ve been trying to get in contact with her for 2 years. The office needs to be more diverse and emphatic. I am extremely stressed whenever I have to call or walk up to schedule an appointment. This has to change.

a year ago8/16/2024 Wrote my last review a few years ago, however, I'd fully recommend this company. Almost done with my treatment, and the staff and experience have been great. If you're looking for affordable cost and quality this is the best company for that. Thanks, again. _____________ Very caring staff. They always work with me for my available times for appointments. a year agoMy daughter had an appointment in the beginning of May for braces. First they told us we have to wait to see if her insurance will cover the braces, if not we have to pay around $5000. We waited, waited and waited. Every time I called the office to check the status of approval from insurance, they told me the problem is from her insurance that it takes so long and there are other families that have been waiting as well. Today, 8/20/2024, after waiting for 3.5 months, I called the office to check on status again and they told me that this whole time the problem was actually coming from their office and corporate. She kept giving me excuses about changes in the office and we will have to wait about 2 more weeks. When I asked why did you lie to me every time I called you blaming the insurance, she said “ Of course I am not gonna blame our office, I have to blame the insurance.” I was speechless. I knew I have to leave that office immediately and that this company is a complete scam!! Called my daughter’s dentist, they found me another office next to my house. Made an appointment for next week. The new office was shocked about what happened with Las Vegas Braces and told me that my daughter will have braces by the end of September the latest.
