2 months agoI love staying at the Sahara specifically for their restaurants. This is my second favorite, Bella being the first. This place is so good! You FEEL good after eating, not like bloated or stuffed. You can watch them make the noodles. Highly recommend!

4 months agoDelicious food for a good price. We went in for dinner. Got the mushroom noodle soup, BBQ fried rice and a plate of orange Chicken. From the time we arrived, the hostess was super nice. Took us to our table and was extremely polite. We sat and the server came to take our order and it was a pleasant exchange. We ordered our food and enjoyed the atmosphere. The restaurant is quiet so you don't have to yell. The food, I thought was amazing. The orange chicken had just the right spice to it. We then got a couple of mango puddings. I highly recommend this dessert. Light and very flavorful. When we went to get the check and had to get a box, getting the box and some extra utensils to go seemed to aggravate our server. The facial expressions weren't very pleasant. Maybe she was just having a rough night. Overall, great food and we will go back.

2 months agoGreat spot inside the Sahara! Loved the electronic waitlist—we could explore instead of standing around. I had the Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with Knife-Sliced Noodles—tender beef, flavorful sauce, and perfectly chewy noodles. Friendly service, generous portions, and tasty dishes all around. Worth a visit!

5 months agoThis restaurant located within the Sahara Hotel has kool and aesthetically pleasing renovation. It is well-known for its noodle dishes. Ordered the braised pork noodle and spicy wonton. The former was delicious and lived up to its reputation as the house specialty, while the latter was tasty, but the portion was a little small. The service was attentive. A little pricey

3 months agoGreat experience at the noodle den! I ordered the hand cut noodles with vegetables, and asked for tofu to be added as well even though it wasn't on the menu. What can I say, they know their noodles! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The portions were also huge, so I had to box the rest of it up. Would definitely reccomended! Vegetarian options are there (like what I got), but limited.
