Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano

My linguini with crab was inedible. The bowl of pasta was a gelatinous mass of starch with crab that tasted like it was straight out of a can. I took 2 bites and told the staff to take it back. Very disappointing.

Have to say, Matteo's had not only the best food, but also the best service on this latest Vegas trip. Every dish we had was exceptional, from the Lumache to the pork belly and the Yukon potatoes... it was an all around amazing meal full of flavor and freshness. Blew away the food at MotherWolf, the new Italian hotspot at our hotel that everyone was talking about, hands down! I could go on about the amazing flavor, but I also have to mention the great service. Our waiter JR was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the rest of the staff just as friendly. Truly great service, thank you! For those looking for a fantastic meal full of flavor, I highly recommend Matteo's. We'll definitely be coming back here next time we're in town.

We decided to have lunch at this resto after seeing the positive reviews. And it did not disappoint! Food was great, service was superb and they even had a BTS themed drink which was refreshing (JHope’s Sprite mix)

Really good food and service. Ambiance is right off the main drag in the Venetian but it does make it convenient for going to the sphere. Definitely recommend the chicken and grains. People in the group really enjoyed the salmon and handkerchief pasta.

Best vegan pasta, ever! I loved it so much that I went back the next day for it. I am not a pasta lover normally but this was heavenly. No pasta will ever compare. Whenever I return to Vegas, I will be sure to come back for the Vegana dish.
