in the last weekI came in with a lot of excitement and high expectations because of the hype around Gordon Ramsay Burger, but unfortunately my experience fell far short. The service was terribly slow, and even though the restaurant wasn’t overly packed, we waited far longer than expected. The onion rings arrived cold and tasted heavily of old oil—almost like they had been reheated rather than freshly made. I ordered the vegan burger, and while I understand there’s only so much you can do with a vegan patty, the burger was completely tasteless. I actually had to ask for extra pickles just to give it some flavor. For a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, this was very surprising and honestly disappointing. Overall, the meal didn’t live up to the name or the hype. I hope the team improves the service quality and consistency because the concept has a lot of potential.

in the last weekThis is definitely a family favorite for us!! We eat here at least 2 sometimes 3 or more times while we are there. My oldest son has Celiac's disease, so we appreciate that he can get Gluten Free Fries. The only issue we have is that since he has Celiac's disease he can not eat bread. He's had gluten free buns before that were prepared on the same surface as the regular buns and got extremely sick, so he's afraid to eat any bread at all. He also has Down Syndrome so it's a little difficult to try to explain he's ok in some restaurants but he's NOT trying. So with that said we used to pay $53.98 for him just to eat 2 burger patties with cheese added, No bread and No veggies. This last visit we had an AMAZING server named Daniel. Rather than charge us for 2 full hamburgers when we only wanted a burger patty with cheese, he just charged us for a full burger and then added an extra patty!! What?! All the times we've eaten here we didn't even know that was an option. All the other servers charged us almost $60 for 2 hamburger patties with cheese, NO bread and NO veggies!! So we really truly appreciated that!! My husband and I have been traveling to Vegas for almost 30 years so we've seen the increase in prices over the years BUT its Vegas and one of our favorite places to be. Plus our teenage son eats a lot and he has to eat so we pay the price for him to eat a safe and delicious meal. Also, as I mentioned before, during our last trip we ate at Gordon Ramsey Burger Planet Hollywood twice. It was 10 days from the last visit and we were Blessed to get to sit in Daniel's area again and he remembered us and what we had ordered!! That was Cool and AMAZING!! Now back to the food. The burgers are always cooked perfectly and the fries are so delicious. I also ordred a simple side salad. We also ordered the sticky toffee icecream sandwich for my husband and I to share and bowls of ice cream for the boys. We always leave full and happy. This is usually our go to spot to eat once we get to Las Vegas and then again if we're craving burgers. We also enjoy sitting in a booth, as mentioned before my oldest son has Down Syndrome and social anxiety, so sitting in a booth for him is safe and comfortable. There is no kids menu. My 8 year old eats like a grown man so he eats a full burger (meat, bread and cheese only), French fries and a bowl of ice cream!! Plus my boys are fans of Gordon Ramsey and we've eaten at all of his restaurants in Las Vegas and this one is absolutely by far their most favorite.
