in the last weekI recently tried to schedule an appointment for both my son and myself at this barbershop while we were looking forward to a weekend in Las Vegas. Initially, I booked a Sunday 9:00 AM slot through their online portal. Soon after, I realized that this timing wouldn’t work for us, so I went back in to reschedule the appointment to a later time on the same day. The Rescheduling Issue Here’s where things got tricky. When I changed the time in their booking system, the portal automatically reverted the date to the current day (Thursday ) instead of Sunday. Without noticing that detail, I saved the change, and suddenly I had an appointment scheduled for the wrong day—in fact, it was now set to occur within the next hour. Customer Service Response and Policy Issue I immediately called the barbershop to explain the honest mistake and asked if they could help me reschedule to the correct time on Sunday. Unfortunately, I was told that their policy prohibited any changes or cancellations within a three-hour window of the appointment time. As a result, they insisted they would charge me for the appointment even though it was a simple error, and I was trying to correct it well before the original Sunday booking. Final Thoughts and Overall Experience In the end, after a few phone calls, they refused to make any exceptions. I understand having policies, but in this situation, it felt like a lack of basic customer service and flexibility for an honest mistake. It’s disappointing for a small business not to consider the context and just charge a customer rather than helping fix a booking error. Conclusion Ultimately, I felt that the level of customer support was poor. If this is how they handle minor booking issues, I’d be hesitant to recommend them. Hopefully, they reconsider how they handle genuine mistakes in the future.

a week agoThis was the best part of my trip to Vegas and all shaves will be measured by his quality and atmosphere. I had an appointment with Alejandro. Full disclosure, when I checked in he said he was running a few minutes late. No worries, comfy chair and a nice mix of music. Once he got me in the chair, I informed him that I was in town for a friend's wedding. He made sure I was looking my best. Asked about lining up my goatee and if I had received a straight razor shave before. I have but not to the level of detail and relaxation. If you want the best shave of your life, run to this place. Two chairs of barbers who are incredibly proud of the work they produce. When I come back to Vegas, I'm definitely making another appointment!

I've never been more happy with my hair, and in the two months since I got it cut, I've gotten more compliments than I have in my entire life. I've even got strangers complimenting my cut. Professional, friendly, skilled; Bradley's the goat. 👍
