in the last weekThe hotel receptionist called police on me and my kids and was totally unprofessional. We stayed 1 night and went out of the hotel to supermarket at 9am, at 11 am we came back to change in the room and use the swimming pool. Check out time was 12pm, so we had one more hour. The room card did no work and cleaning ladies were against us entering our room, because they have already cleaned it. We said we need to change and use the restroom really quick because the kids needed it. Then receptionist lady said we can not use hotel any longer since THEY have checked us out. I said that we did not plan to check out early and they had no right to decide for us. So we came to check out at 12 pm and she called police on us, handcuffing my husband and scarring the kids for tress passing. We have been traveling all over the world and usually checking out is when you come to reception and give back the key cards, the stuff can nit check you out on their own accord earlier! The receptionist lady was so angry that they have already cleaned our room and we came back. And she deliberately caused all this mess and even called police!!! This is unbelievable. We are going to reach out to the hotel management! We have never been treated this poorly in any hotel in the world before. The receptionist lady needs to be fired. I am sharing this all with you because my kids are scared, crying, our whole vacation is ruined and I wish we would never booked this hotel!

a week agoThis place came up as a "secret deal" om Booking.com. I wasn't looking for anything super fancy, just a clean place to sleep. I unfortunately just went off of the photos online. Only the deluxe rooms have a kitchen. The rooms are dirty, and the hallways are filthy. I was not aware that this place allows pets, which is probably why the rooms and floors are so dirty. The hallway leading to the elevator and elevator had dog urine. The people at the front desk are nice and accommodating, but that's not enough. I highly recommend that you read the reviews on Google. After the fact I realized they were spot on. I realize that I got what I paid for, and so the next time I won't be staying here.
