Impact Plumbing

This was our first time using Impact plumbing to replace our water valves & we are very satisfied with the job they done. Mike, Brian & Eddie were all very professional & kind.

I can’t say enough about Impact plumbing i needed to sinks replaced and i definitely cant get under the sinks anymore. Landon gaza arrived at my house and explained to me what he would be replacing the warranty i would have from the company and the cost of everything after he was done, once i approved the work he got right to it replacing the old sinks with the new ones i bought and even going above and beyond to replace the angle stops and supply lines as well i was very happy with the outcome of the work and love the new look of my bathroom thank you landon and impact plumbing i will definitely be reaching out again when i need another hand or issue comes up.

Today i had an emergency plumbing issue my toilet was backing up into my tub and impact plumbing acted quick and professionally they had landon gaza at my house within the hour of me calling once he got there he told me what the issue was and why it could’ve happened. Landon ended up snaking my line and ended up pulling back flushable wipes upon finding them he informed me that even though it says flushable it definitely isn’t flushable he also stuck some sort of camera down my drain to make sure there was no further problems at the moment or if any problems could be cause in the near future after confirming everything was all good he got everything flowing and running again.

Impact plumbing was great!!! I had a high water bill come through this month and called Impact they sent out Landon gaza and he explained to my why my water bill could be so high and started to list the possible things it could be. He did a multitude of different test to locate exactly where the problem was and he found it! He discovered that it was a toilet flapper that wasn’t sealing properly when he inspected it further he noticed my fill valve and the gaskets inside were starting to wear out. He sold me a toilet rebuild and got it done same day now my water bill is back to normal. Thank you impact plumbing!

Just wanted to share the experience i had with impact plumbing I called because of a leaking water softener and landon was sent to my house. He was able to explain to my why this happened in the first place and gave me my options on how we could go about fixing it. He said he could get everything squared away in one day and i didn’t think that’d be possible but he proved me wrong by completing the work fast and efficiently with very clean and quality work if you’re looking for a good plumbing company Impact plumbing is definitely the way to go!
