We had such a great experience at Sumo AYCE Hotpot & Sushi in Vegas! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The variety for both hotpot and sushi was amazing..definitely one of the best AYCE spots we’ve tried. Special shoutout to our server, Bryan! He was so attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. He checked on us often, and made our whole experience even better. You can really tell he cares about his guests! Highly recommend this place.. we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Vegas!

I visited when they first opened and have been here twice before—this was my third time. The AYCE is $36.95 per person and includes both Japanese dishes and hot pot. Aside from the raw items, there are plenty of cooked options, which makes it a great spot for people who don’t eat much raw food. Everything is fresh, and the skewers are excellent. Most other AYCE places have really poor-quality skewers, but this place is on a completely different level.

Our server Bryan was on top of anything we needed. His pacing was fast which may be different for some people, but in our case we genuinely enjoyed it as we always had food coming. We did the all day AYCE. The Wagyu is good, the brisket is better than the belly for the hotpot IMO. The spicy tonkatsu broth we got for the hotpot was amazing though. Very rich in umami. The nigiri was okay, nothing to call home about. Wagyu skewers were very good and soft. Dessert is also included which is a bonus for anybody with a sweet tooth. For the price I don't think you can really beat it. Thank you again Bryan, very pleased with you as our server!
