Las vegas Auto Repair

I can not recommend Las Vegas Auto Repair (operated by Kent Enterprises LLC) to anyone. My 2016 Toyota Corolla has been at Las Vegas Auto Repair (operated by Kent Enterprises LLC) since October 4 for an overheating engine, plus a driver’s door handle and a new key. Since then, I have been told over and over “it will be ready tomorrow,” while the shop keeps my car and continues charging me. So far I have paid $3,000 for an A/C compressor, freon, fan relay, spark plugs, door handle work, water pump, thermostat, cam shaft sensor, fuel pump, and labor. Despite all of this, the original problem is still not fixed. I have now picked up this car four separate times, most recently yesterday, and every single time the exact same issue is present: the car overheats within minutes and has to go straight back to their shop. The door handle repair has also dragged on and has not been completed properly when promised. I have been told they broke a bolt and rethreaded it, waited on parts and key programming, and most recently was assured by the manager (Donovan) that they would cover further service and personally test drive it — yet the car still overheats. As I write this, my car is still at their shop, nearly six weeks later, with the overheating issue unresolved despite thousands of dollars in charges. In my experience, this has been a pattern of misdiagnosis, delays, and broken promises. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and take your business to a different shop.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rafael. I had my brakes replaced, and he stayed with me all night until we finished the repair. He helped me choose the right part for the car at a reasonable and good price, and also a reasonable price for the replacement. Thank you very much; he is a true professional.

My van overheated on a Saturday night and I was able to get it towed here at 9 o'clock at night. They had it all day Sunday and Monday. I waited at the shop while they did some additional fixings and was able to talk to the owner. Donovan is a really nice man and his care for his shop, employees and the customers car are impressive. I feel like my price was fair and I don't feel taken advantage of. I'll absolutely be referring them to everyone I know💯
