He’s charming and very knowledgeable, a difference maker. The bar service was first rate. The kitchen is on fire. This is a place where you can throw darts at the menu and you’ll be satisfied. We had good drinks, an awesome baby squid salad, delicious, spicy hamachi carpaccio, Oh-My-God roll—smoked at the table in a live performance—a soft shell crab roll. Take a breath. Then Unagi nigiri and a sea bream something. The whole progression was indescribably good. A+. My wife and I would go back to downtown Phoenix just for Harumi Sushi Bar.
